At the request of the FDM Hesselgrave, the event co-coordinator over the turnouts at the DFW National Cemetery on November 11th, 2017, I am sending this to you.

The DFW National cemetery address is 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, Tx. 75211. It is between I30 (old DFW Turnpike and I20 off Spur 408).

 

The 3rd Teas District has the honor of turning out for the Honor Guard for Veteran's Day Celebration. All Sir Knights that have regalia of the 3rd Texas district are eligible to participate based on the following requirements.

 

To participate on Veteran's Day:

Mandatory attendance at practice on November 4th, 2017, starting @ 11am is required. We will meet at the cemetery at the presentation area where the ceremony takes place. Please be on time, due to traffic and construction in this area please  plan on arriving by 10:45am. Please bring your swords, service baldric and gloves, Chapeau is not required for practice. If you do not attend practice you will not be able to turnout on the 11th. You need to be able to stand for several hours be sure this is not an issue.

 

The ceremony is on November 11th, 2017 @ 11am. Complete details will be given at the practice.
