HIGGINS, Charles B., Sr., 89, died Friday, February 26, 1999 In Tucson. Charles was born May 25, 1909 In Warren, PA. He is survived by one son, Charles (Mary Beth) B. Higgins Jr.; six grandchildren, Kelli Anne, Robert, Jennifer, Daniel, Kimberley and t,1egan; five great-grandchildren, Tyler, Shelby, Ashley, Adam and Grayson. He Is preceded in death by his wife, Marie Frances, and a brother, Edward. Charles was a Firefighter for the city of Cleveland tbr 35 years. Member of the Knights of Columbus since 1929 and a 4th Degree member since 1944. Charles was the founder of Msgr. Weber Assembly and the 1st faithful navigator. He was also a 4th Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus St. Plus Council. Memorial Mass will be Friday, March 12, 1999 at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Chalice Ceremony at St. Francis De Sales, 1375 S. Camino Seco. lnurnment will be in all Souls Cemetery In Chardon, Ohio.
