Why come to our Fish Fry?

Let me list the reasons:

  • Hand breaded Cod and pond raised Catfish, fried onsite in a seperate building
  • Handmade Potato Salads and Cole Slaw, prepared lovingly by our Knights and Ladies Auxiliary
  • Hot fresh food, prepared throughout the time of the fish fry
  • Alternatives available to our children, and for our non-Catholic brethren
  • All served by our Brother Knights volunteers, no one is paid to perform this work
  • Gets our community Youth from St. Dominic High School involved to obtain service hours required for graduation
  • Proceeds go towards the upkeep of the existing hall, to help fund our council charitable endeavors, and to assist in raising funds for a new hall

Disclaimer: To enhance the flavor and crispness of our products, we fry them in Peanut Oil. We wanted to make you aware in case you have a peanut allergy. Signs are also posted within the hall.
