Below you will find a list of community services our council participates in.
Our council provides a ride to Mass to anyone in the community that would like to come to Mass but does not have a way to get there. It is a free service offered to anyone in need regardless of the reason. If you or someone you know has a need for this service, please contact us.
The members of our council are involved in a few of the soup kitchens in the area. We have a team that provides, prepares, delivers and serves meals a couple of times a year at the Missionary Sisters of Charity in Norristown, PA. We provide, prepare and serve a meal once a month at St. Mary's Franciscan Shelter in Phoenixville. We also have a few members that help out occasionally at God's Kitchen in Pottstown. If you could like to help us with our soup kitchen efforts, please let us know.
The Knights of Columbus are very interested in protecting the unborn. The council participates each year at the Pro Life March in DC and now in Philadelphia. We run two fundraisers each year.
November 2, 2017 - Grand Knight John Nimmerichter read a letter to the council from Supreme Knight Carol Anderson and present the council with the Star Council Award for fraternal year 2016 - 2017. The Star Council Award recognizes outstanding achievement in membership, insurance and service program activities.
November 12, 2017 - John Nimmerichter, Pat Somers & Jerry Battisto hang the banner showing the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence for St. Teresa of Calcutta School. The council also assisted the school with purchasing banners and signs that are placed throughout the campus.
Our council is hosting a Christmas Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, December 10th from 8 AM to 12 Noon in the Education Center, with a special visit from Santa Claus! Bring your appetite and your Christmas Spirit for a delicious breakfast with your family and friends.
