Michael A. Harbach, Sr., 54, companion of Cheryl Kesting, of Pulaski Street, Pottstown, PA passed away on Tuesday September 9, 2014 at his residence. Born in Pottstown, PA he was the son of the late James L. Harbach and J. Lorraine (Barchak) Nester. Mike had worked as an electrician for Mrs. Smith Pie Co. formerly of Pottstown, PA and then for Hammond Lead Co. of Stowe for many years. He also had worked as a private electrical contractor. Mike was a member of St Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother R.C.C. 127 East Howard Street, Stowe, PA. He was also a 3rd degree member of Father Bally Council # 1192, Knights of Columbus of Stowe, PA and a life member of West End Fire Co. of Stowe, PA. Surviving are two sons Michael A. Harbach, Jr. of Pottstown, PA and Mark A. Harbach of Florida. He is also survived by a brother George J. Harbach husband of Patricia of Pottstown, PA and a sister Cynthia L. wife of Joseph Frye, Sr. of Stowe, PA A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother R.C.C. Howard & Jefferson Streets in Stowe, PA on Saturday September 13, 2014 at 11 A.M. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Stowe, PA The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10-11 A.M. at the church. There will be no viewing. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Father Bally Council # 1192, Knights of Columbus and sent to 675 Constitution Avenue, Stowe, PA 19464-3601.
