March 2nd Training Opportunity
The Training division of the State Staff will conduct a Prospective Officers Training course that is intended for all Brothers that might be interested in learning about the makeup of a Council. The topics will be the Duties and Responsibilities of the Council Officers, planning for a successful year, the programs required to make Star Council and the use of State and Supreme websites and required forms. We will have a presentation by Msg. Cregan (State Associate Chaplain), Jim Ulmer (General Agent) and Art Kelly (Member Management Trainer). The program is intended to answer questions and prepare members to take the initial step in holding office in their Council.
For Financial Secretaries and prospective Financial Secretaries. Art Kelly will be conducting training in the Member Management System. I encourage Financial Secretaries to come and refresh their skills and we invite anyone who might be assuming those responsibilities to attend and start to learn the skills of the FS.
