Knights of Columbus 2017 Annual Charity Appeal Draw

Humboldt Council # 1886, in conjunction with their 100th anniversary, hosted the 2017 Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus Charity Appeal Draw. A record $122,348 dollars was raised. Over 70 percent of all proceeds from ticket sales is used to support charities throughout the province. More than $20,000.00 ($10,000 each) is earmarked for Teen-Aid Saskatchewan and Special Olympics Saskatchewan. Based on their proportion of total ticket sales, councils will donate the remaining proceeds of over $65,000.00 to their designated charities including food banks, culture of life, minor sports, education, health care, church building funds, graduation scholarships, coats for kids, etc. Proceeds from the Charity Appeal Draw will benefit hundreds of people throughout the province, truly exemplifying the first principle of our order, CHARITY.

Thank you to everyone who supported our Charity Appeal by selling and/or purchasing tickets.
Thanks to all the councils who organized the sale of Charity Appeal Tickets in their local community.
