HOSPITALITY ROOMS

Hospitality rooms may be permitted under the following conditions:

assuming full responsibility for any damage or costs incurred.
2. The Grand Knight of the sponsoring council shall abide by the rules and regulations
of the facility wherein the hospitality room is located as to the purchase and furnishing
of food and beverages and also as to any rules set by the Convention Chairman
with the approval of the State Deputy.
3. No hospitality room may be open during daily Convention Sessions, Convention
Mass or Convention Banquet. They may be open after the banquet and shall close by
12:30 A.M. or as dictated by the hotel, whichever is earlier.
4. Any hospitality room may be closed by order of the State Deputy for breach of any
rules or conditions as set forth by him.
The State Secretary shall be furnished, by Noon, on the first day of the Convention, prior to the
opening of the Convention, the names of all councils sponsoring hospitality rooms, the room
number, and the name of the person in charge. It is the responsibility of those councils which
desire to host a hospitality room to have it registered by that time with the State Secretary.
