Convention / Masses / Socials - Business casual; no shorts or open-toed shoes

Awards Banquet - sport coat w/open collar; no jeans, shorts or open-toed shoes

 

Women

Convention/Masses - No shorts or blue jeans

Saturday Luncheon - Casual dress

Awards Banquet - Cocktail dress or dressy pants suit

HOSPITALITY ROOM “ROE” (RULES OF ENGAGEMENT)

A hospitality room will be available to all registered Knights and their accompanied guests under the following conditions:

  1. The State Council is assuming full responsibility for any damage or costs incurred in relation to the Convention Hospitality Room and will empower the hosting Assembly #1783 to enforce proper decorum and behavior and use their discretion in cutting off any guest who cannot comply.
  2. All Knights and their guests shall abide by the rules and regulations of the facility as to the purchase and furnishing of food and beverages and also as to any rules set by the Convention Chairmen.
  3. The hospitality room will not be open during daily Convention Sessions, Convention Masses or the Convention Banquet. It will be open after the banquet and shall close by 11:00 PM or as dictated by the hotel, whichever is earlier.
  4. The hospitality room may be closed by order of the State Deputy for breach of any rules or conditions as set forth by him.
