Brother SK Jesse Pacheco

Please keep our Brother Sir Knight Jesse Pacheco in your prayers along with his wife Cynthia Garza-Pacheco & their family!

Dear Family & Friends,
Sadly while at sea on a Western Caribbean cruise, Jesse suffered a bilateral cerebral stroke.
After two days with the assistance of Carnival Guest services, cruise friends, and our dear lifetime friend, Norma Gutierrez - arrangements were made for an emergency 7 hour flight from Jamaica to Houston and finally home to San Antonio.
With great relief, our sons and EMS were on standby when we landed at S.A. airport where Jesse was immediately taken to N. E. Baptist Hospital.
After 5 worrisome days, Jesse is now stable and his physical conditions have substantially improved. Thankfully, Jesse's mental capacity was never compromised.
In a day or two, Jesse will be moved to the Rehabilitation Unit.
He will be receiving extensive Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy to work on his slurred speech, weakness of the limbs, and walking ability.
With the gift of time, we pray that Jesse will have overall marked functional recovery.
Requesting prayers 🙏🏻
Faith, Hope, & Love-
Cynthia
